HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

• we will replace or accept returns for faulty 510 cartridges or disposable pens

• broken glass bongs at the time of purchase will be replaced at no cost

• all other sales are final

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• all online purchases over $100 will have FREE delivery to surrounding areas

• any purchases online for delivery under $100 will be charged a $10 delivery fee

• We deliver to Dunnville, Selkirk, and lowbanks

• minimum order for delivery is $50

HOW DOES YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

• For every $10 spent you earn 100 points, once you earn 2500 points you can redeem them for 10% off your purchase. Points will reset once used

• Points cannot be used to double on discounts

• points cannot be accumulated for larger discounts, 10% is the max

HOW DOES YOUR PRICE MACTHING WORK?
·present details of the competitor’s pricing (flyer, printout, website or photo) to a budtender, during the competitor’s offer period, at the time of checkout

·we will confirm if the product qualifies for our price match policy
